I usually respond very quickly. If I do not answer your email within 24 hours, the email may have been lost or I may be away presenting a workshop in the Karoo, or elsewhere, where there is limited reception for example, or busy with a client in the studio. Please feel free to send a follow up email if I don’t respond.

If you would rather speak to someone in person, please ask for a phone number. I do not have dedicated phone support staff in place, however can respond to emails quicker and more efficiently. I will endeavor to get back to you within 24 hours, either via email or by telephone.
